Meet Coach Karol
Hey, I’m Karol - coach, movement specialist, and your personal hype woman for building strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with your body.
My journey into fitness started early. As a former athlete, I was introduced to sports rehabilitation and strength training at a young age, which sparked a deep curiosity about how the body moves, heals, and performs.
That passion led me to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Exercise from California State University, Fullerton. Originally, I planned to become a physical therapist. I spent seven years in healthcare working as a physical therapy aide and later a chiropractic office manager, gaining firsthand experience in movement mechanics, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and holistic wellness.
But over time, I realized something was missing. I didn’t just want to help people recover after problems showed up… I wanted to help people build stronger foundations before they ever reached that point.
During the pandemic, I took a leap into coaching full-time, earned my personal training certification, and stepped fully into what I now know is my purpose: helping people feel stronger, move better, and create sustainable habits that truly transform their lives.
Today, through Transform2Gether, I combine science-backed programming, functional strength training, corrective exercise, and real-life accountability to help busy people create lasting results without extremes.
Whether your goal is fat loss, body recomposition, building strength, improving muscle tone, increasing confidence in the gym, improving mobility, reducing pain, or correcting movement imbalances, my coaching is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with a clear, sustainable plan.
I work with clients who want more than a quick fix, people who are ready to feel stronger, move better, and create a lifestyle they can actually maintain.
My coaching style is supportive, educational, and realistic. I’ll challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you build confidence along the way, but I also believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over.
I’m not here to hand you another restrictive plan or push extremes.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me at the beach, playing volleyball, hanging with my fur babies, traveling, or chasing live music. I’m also a big fan of craft beer, good conversation, and a solid power nap.
At the heart of it all, I believe fitness is about more than workouts or aesthetics. It’s about building resilience, prioritizing yourself, and becoming the strongest version of who you are.. physically and mentally.
